3.提交认证机构审核，出具PC证书草稿

4.草稿文件确认后，签发正式版PC证书

第二步办理SONCAP（出货装运）证书，办理SONCAP证书的步骤:

1.填写SONCAP证书申请书

2.提交出口装箱单、商业发票、提单等文件

3.安排出货前的检验，检验合格后3个工作日内出具COC-SONCAP证书草稿

4.草稿文件确认后，签发正式版COC-SONCAP证书

The second step for SONCAP (shipping) certificate, the steps for SONCAP certificate:

1. Fill out the SONCAP Certificate Application

2. Submit export packing list, commercial invoice, bill of lading and other documents

3. Arrange the inspection before shipment and issue the draft COC-SONCAP certificate within 3 working days

 after passing the inspection

4. After the draft document is confirmed, the official COC-SONCAP certificate will be issued
